For independent auto repair shops in small US towns
Your Google Business Profile is the listing people see on Google Maps and in search, and often the first thing a new customer sees. I set up the categories, hours, description, photos and review replies, so it tells people what you really do.

"Family-run shop for brakes, transmissions, AC and diagnostics…"
12 photos: the shop, the bays, the team
Every review answered
An illustration of a made-up shop.
Pay only after you've seen itI do the work first. The invoice comes when you are happy with the result.
You stay the ownerI only ask to be added as a Manager. You can remove me in two clicks.
14-day refundNot happy? Full refund, and you keep the work.
What I fix
The parts of a Google Business Profile that decide whether someone calls you or the shop down the road.
Your main and extra categories set to the work you actually do.
A plain, accurate description of your business.
Your services listed, each with a short line.
Opening and holiday hours, so people can tell when you are open.
Name, address, phone and website checked so they match everywhere.
The photos you send me, organised and uploaded. Never stock photos.
Your first four posts written and published.
A reply to every existing review, in a tone you approve first.
The extra details the listing asks for, like payment types and accessibility.
A short message and link to hand to every customer. Never only the happy ones, never for a reward.
Before and after
The rating and the number of reviews stay exactly the same: I never touch those.

How it works
I send you a short check of your listing, next to the shops that come up near you.
Four clicks. You stay the Owner and can remove me at any time.
Spread over several days, because many edits at once can make Google take a second look.
You see the finished listing. Then I send a $297 invoice, paid by card online.

$297 one time
No monthly fee. No contract.
I am an independent business, not Google, and not affiliated with Google. Google may ask you to re-verify your business after changes; that is Google's process and its timing.
Questions
It is the free listing Google shows for your business on Google Maps and in search results: your name, hours, photos, reviews and phone number. It used to be called Google My Business. You own it; I only help you fill it in properly.
No. I am an independent business and not affiliated with Google. I work inside your listing the same way you would, as a Manager you add yourself.
It is listed on your own website, and your Maps listing is public, which is where the numbers in my check came from. I never sell your details, and if you reply STOP I will not write again.
No. You stay the Owner. A Manager can edit the listing but cannot remove you, and you can remove me in two clicks whenever you like.
You do not pay until you have seen the finished listing. And if you are not happy within 14 days of paying, you get a full refund and keep the work.
I do not promise that, because nobody honest can. What I promise is that every one of the ten points is done properly, and that you see it before you pay.
Maps Fix Pro is my small business. I read and answer every email myself.
